From initial concept development and design to meticulous planning with seamless coordination, we take care of every detail to ensure a stress-free experience for our clients. Our designers work closely with you to understand your vision, and then transform it into a reality that exceeds your expectations.

When it comes to design, we believe in pushing boundaries and creating one-of-a-kind events. As part of the design process, we have a unique method for putting together information to really tailor the event to you or your brand. In addition to elevated aesthetics, we know that the heart of partying is having a good time. With a combination of the right elements, a touch of luxury, and a lot of personality, each event is truly bespoke and the definition of la dolce vita.

Our event planning services start with a $500 design fee which holds us a retainer to design the event. This includes renderings, mock-ups, spatial planning, and an event proposal. Our lead designers work closely with you, where we learn more about you, your vision, and your goals. From there, we begin the planning portion of the event where we source vendors, review ideas, visit locations, and more.

For setup, day-of coordination, and event breakdown, we require a minimum spend of $2,500. This can include rentals, catering, backdrops, equipment rentals, or other vendors needed to produce the event. A ten-percent service fee will be added for all services coordinated and designed by our team.
