With over 1,000 events completed to date, we have the experience to make this happen through meticulous planning, strong vendor relationships, and seamless coordination. Meet Cassie & Ashlyn, our Booking Coordinator and Assistant Designer! Both come from design backgrounds, one in luxury hotel event coordiation and one from the interior design field. They are an important part of our team and we are lucky to have them!

We present you with The Den (short for garden), our very own event venue and creative studio! Located on the border of Costa Mesa and less than a mile from the ocean along the Newport Beach coastline, The Den features 1,400 square feet of space designed to host intimate events and more.
Inspired by the gardens of the Amalfi Coast and the charm of Tuscany, we created a true home away from home. Sip a glass of prosecco at our bar, find solace in the warmth of the fireplace in the garden lounge, and let the soothing melody of our fountain be the soundtrack as you mingle with loved ones between the olive trees.
For all of our wedding clients, The Den is yours at an exclusive rate to host any events leading up to your wedding. This includes engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners.

I'm Tara, one of the storytellers behind Dolce Collective.
As someone that adores writing poetry, dancing the night away at music festivals, and sipping lattes at cafes around the world, I am the embodiment of romanticizing life. This spills over into each of our events, where my goal is to ignite the soul through thoughtful details and immersive experiences.
With a degree in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine and Business-Marketing from Stanford, I am fascinated by how we perceive the environment around us. I intentionally incorproate details into events that appeal to each of the senses and spark an emotive feeling, all of which are linked to memory. Each event I design has a balance of beautiful elements and uplifting energy that encourages guests to celebrate, because ultimately it is all about having a good time and making memories with loved ones!
Outside of the event space, I volunteer with a local cat rescue and have four cats of my own, plus a very enthusiastic golden retriever named Coconut. I love hosting commnity dinners, finding speakeasies in new cities, and singing karaoke around the fireplace with my big Italian family. I'm a firm believer that every event needs to have an espresso martini on the menu and a really good playlist.

I'm Jillian, the second part of the visionary team at Dolce Collective.
I live by the Italian motto la dolce vita. It translates to the sweet life, but it is the concept of surrounding yourself with the things and people that bring you joy and make your life beautiful. This theory applies to every event by evoking a sense of fullfilment within the details and genuine happiness in the moments shared with your favorite people.
As a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Communications, I find a sense of purpose in bringing people together and connecting others through celebration. From weddings to brand activations, my goal is to make a lasting impression as a result of guests having the time of their life.
With designs, I am heavily influenced by art, fashion, and interior design. I have created event themes during a visit to a museum and pulled color palettes from a living room I saw in Architectural Digest. There is beauty everywhere we look and I am inspired by all of it.
Like my sister, I volunteer at a cat rescue and have one cat named Bruce Wayne that I loving call Batman. I enjoy playing pickle ball, hosting family dinner parties, and continuing my culinary journey around the world. For a stellar party, I believe there should be tray-passed appetizers and a 360-photobooth...it never disappoints!
